Digitalization and automation of business functions is having a major impact on the Corporate Tax function which leads to more pressure from regulators to comply with evolving tax legislation.

The legal aspect of corporate tax cannot be underestimated. More and more tax departments are formulating advanced legal strategies to deal with the various risks in their structures.
