The Insurance Distribution Forum took place on the 21-22 March 2019 in Berlin, Germany. The forum was titled with “Win-Win Solutions to Design and Sell the Right Insurance Products at the Right Time | For Insurers & Their Distribution Partners.”
Together with 80 senior-level insurance experts, insurtechs, brokers, agents and decision makers of the pioneering insurance companies, the forum focused on the recent developments in the industry; increasing importance of direct sales, the role of human touch in insurance sales, diminishing role of brokers, the relationship between insurers and banks, the increasing importance of digital channels and mobile distribution models. The speakers mapped out the changing dynamics of the insurance distribution business models and depicted an in-depth understanding of fundamentals underlying success and risk factors to compete in this competitive industry.
