Events Terms and Conditions

Conference fee

Fee includes Conference participation, Conference materials, including CD-ROM, luncheons and refreshments during the 2-day Conference and all service charges. We will not accept bookings without payment.

Accommodation

Hotel accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee.

Hotel discounts

Special Hotel discounts are available for Conference participants.

Confirmation

Once a conference space has been allocated to you, we will write you to confirm the date and receipt of your payment.

Delegate Substitution & Cancellation Policy

Substitute delegates are welcome, but at least 3 day notice of the change must be given.

If Uniglobal decides for any reason to cancel the event the full refund of the registration fee will be made to the registered customer. However, no refunds or part refunds shall be made by Uniglobal for changes in event programme dates, venue, speakers and content or delegates composition. In the event that Uniglobal postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Uniglobal event. This credit will be available for up to eighteen months from the date of issuance. If, for any reason Uniglobal decides to cancel or postpone the event, Uniglobal is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs or charges incurred by clients.

If a delegate decides to cancel its registration, the registration fee will be returned with a 20% deduction providing Uniglobal is notified in writing 6 weeks before the event. After that date the full registration fee is non refundable. All cancellations must be done in writing stating the mailing date. Delegates who cancel their attendance within 6 weeks before the event or do not show at the event will receive conference documentation.
